Rolling Machine Capacity Bangalore
Where Technology Meets Precision
Sheet Rolling Machine
Krishna Kumar Engineering Works operates specialized rolling machine infrastructure designed for forming plates, sheets, pipes, angles, channels, and tubes across wide dimensional ranges. Our facility supports heavy-duty rolling requirements for fabrication and engineering industries.
The rolling section includes plate rolling machines capable of forming sheets from 1 mm to 100 mm thickness. These machines produce cylindrical diameters up to 4000 mm depending on material width and thickness. Controlled rolling passes ensure smooth curvature and dimensional consistency.
For heavy plate applications, the infrastructure supports rolling of 100 mm thick material up to specified widths with diameters from 380 mm to 4000 mm. This enables manufacturing of thick cylindrical shells and structural rolled components.
Profile rolling capability includes L-angles and channels up to 10 mm thickness and 75 mm width, rolled to minimum 500 mm diameter. Square tubes up to 75 × 75 mm are also rolled using dedicated setups ensuring structural alignment.
Pipe Bending Machine
Pipe rolling machines support pipes up to 100 mm diameter for circular rings and curved pipe sections used in fabrication assemblies. Machine alignment and progressive rolling ensure uniform roundness.
Material handling space allows safe loading and positioning of plates and profiles during rolling. The workshop layout supports smooth workflow and efficient forming operations.
Krishna Kumar Engineering Works maintains machines in calibrated condition to ensure repeatable rolling accuracy and production reliability. Our infrastructure supports fabrication contractors and engineering industries requiring dependable metal rolling capability in Bangalore.
