The facility is structured to handle both light and heavy fabrication tasks involving SS, Aluminium, MS, Titanium, and Brass, with metal thickness capability ranging from 0.8 mm to 25 mm. The following machines form the core welding setup:
- TIG Welding Machines for precision, clean, and high-strength weld joints
- CO₂ Pulse Welding Machine specifically configured for Aluminium to achieve deep weld penetration and clean bead profiles
- Rotary Welding Machine to support circular, cylindrical, and complex rotational component welding
