Aditya Metallizing Services operates with a strong quality-driven approach, supported by an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System. Quality assurance is embedded across all metallizing operations, ensuring consistent execution, traceability, and compliance with customer specifications, statutory standards, and project-specific technical requirements

The company follows documented procedures for stress relieving, surface preparation, metallizing, and painting activities. Each process is governed by defined work instructions, inspection checkpoints, and acceptance criteria to eliminate variability and ensure repeatable performance. From material receipt through final dispatch, every stage is monitored under controlled operating conditions.

Stress relieving operations are carried out using controlled heating and cooling cycles based on material thickness, metallurgy, and fabrication complexity. Temperature profiles are maintained within specified limits to effectively reduce residual stresses without inducing metallurgical damage. Furnace operations are supervised by experienced personnel, and process parameters are recorded for quality traceability

Inspection using DFT Meter

ISO and ASTM Standard

Surface preparation quality is ensured through abrasive blasting to Swedish Standard SA 2½ (SSPC-SP10 / ISO 8501-1). Blasted surfaces are inspected visually and by comparator reference to confirm cleanliness, surface profile, and absence of contaminants such as oil, grease, or moisture. Relative humidity and dew point conditions are monitored to prevent flash rusting and coating failure

Painting and metallizing processes are executed in accordance with approved paint systems and metallizing standards. Dry Film Thickness (DFT) measurements are taken after each coat using calibrated digital thickness gauges. Coating adhesion, continuity, and uniformity are verified before proceeding to subsequent layers. For spray galvanizing and aluminizing, coating thickness is controlled between 50 and 500 microns as per application requirements and environmental exposure conditions

Inspection and testing activities are conducted at predefined stages, including surface preparation, primer application, intermediate coats, and final finish. Documentation includes surface profile records, DFT readings, equipment calibration details, batch numbers of consumables, and inspection approvals. Where required, third-party inspection is facilitated to meet customer and project compliance needs.

Safety practices are strictly followed in line with HSE guidelines, ensuring safe operations during blasting, painting, and metallizing activities.
