Stress Relieving

Aditya Metallizing Services operates robust and purpose-built metallizing infrastructure facilities designed to handle complex, heavy-duty industrial components with precision, safety, and process consistency. Strategically located in the Peenya Industrial Area, Bengaluru, the company functions from multiple operational units that collectively support stress relieving, surface preparation, metallizing, and industrial painting under controlled conditions

The stress relieving infrastructure includes dedicated furnace facilities capable of processing large fabricated and cast components. The primary stress relieving furnace measures approximately 6.5 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and 3 meters in height, with an additional furnace of 4 meters × 3 meters × 2 meters. These furnaces are designed to uniformly heat components up to a maximum capacity of 40 tons, enabling effective reduction of residual stresses induced during welding, casting, and fabrication processes

For surface preparation, Aditya Metallizing Services is equipped with multiple abrasive blasting chambers, including semi-automatic blasting booths. The blasting chambers are engineered to accommodate large structural assemblies, with dimensions extending up to 9 meters in width, 6 meters in height, and 9 meters in length. Abrasive blasting operations are carried out using copper slag and steel grit (G-16 and G-14), supported by high-capacity oil-free compressors delivering consistent air pressure of approximately 7.5 kg/cm² at 250 CFM

The painting infrastructure comprises enclosed spray painting booths measuring up to 7 meters × 5 meters × 5 meters, enabling controlled application of primer, intermediate, and finish coats. Both conventional spray and airless painting systems are utilized to achieve uniform film build and specified dry film thickness (DFT), in accordance with project-specific painting standards and customer technical specifications

Material handling within the facility is supported by mobile cranes and EOT cranes ranging from 10 to 15 tons capacity, ensuring safe loading, unloading, and internal movement of heavy components. The total operational area spans approximately 27,000 to 35,000 square feet across all units, providing ample space for parallel execution of multiple projects without operational congestion

To ensure process control and inspection accuracy, the company maintains calibrated measuring instruments such as surface profile gauges, blasting comparators, wet and dry film thickness gauges, dew point meters, viscosity cups, and scratch test gauges. These instruments support in-process inspection, documentation, and compliance verification at every critical stage of execution.
